We are looking for a courteous, knowledgeable, and service-oriented Concierge to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a memorable and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with a friendly, professional welcome
- Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, local attractions, shopping, and travel
- Assist guests with making reservations for restaurants, transportation (taxis, airport shuttles, etc.), events, and tours
- Arrange special services such as flower deliveries, wake-up calls, and surprise celebrations
- Provide directions, maps, and useful information about the local area and hotel services
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or service issues with a positive attitude
- Liaise with other hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk, security, etc.) to meet guest needs
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and services
- Ensure all guest requests are logged and followed up appropriately
