Sushi Shop, a leading Japanese fast food restaurant offering delivery, takeout, and dine-in services, has a network of over 100 outlets, primarily in Europe. We are currently seeking a full-time cook/sushi chef/commis for our Lausanne restaurant.
Cook / sushi maker – Lausanne – full time 100%
Your mission:
Reception and storage of goods;
Disinfection of fruits & vegetables;
Cutting the fish;
Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushi and others;
Preparation and completion of orders taking into account delivery times;
Maintain traceability
Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
Tracking stocks, inventories and orders
Profiles sought:
Motivated / Serious / Experience as a clerk / Swiss or foreign nationality with valid residence permit or European passport
