You have everything under control: You manage after-sales issues for Switzerland, ensure performance and ensure smooth collaboration with the sales team.
You take the helm: You share responsibility for the after-sales budget and warranty costs in Switzerland and ensure that the training plans for the dealers are implemented efficiently.
Your expertise is reliable: You support the team and actively participate in technical training for the dealer network as well as internal training.
You’ll get involved: You’ll be available as a contact person during dealer visits, assisting with and resolving advanced repairs and unresolved issues. You’ll be on-site for product training and demonstrations at dealerships and trade fairs.
You think one step ahead: In collaboration with the EMEA Technical Support Team, you identify potential quality issues and ensure that they are escalated further.
Achieve more together: You act flexibly and support the EMEA team and internal stakeholders beyond your daily tasks.
