External representation of the Laudinella Hotel Group and active presentation of the hotels in line with the corporate strategy

Planning, implementation and follow-up of sales activities in the MICE sector including reporting and ROI analysis

Active cooperation with existing partners and acquisition of new business partners in the MICE & Catering sector

Contract negotiations and conclusions in the MICE and catering sector (including assessment of strategic compatibility)

Support and maintenance of corporate customers and venue finders

Support the event department in preparing offers, confirmations, function sheets and invoices

Shared responsibility for the CRM system and maintenance of customer data (e.g. in Opera)

Development of new event and catering offers to expand the portfolio

Co-design and implementation of sales strategies to maximize off-peak and off-peak seasons (including cold calling)

Identification and development of new sales channels in the MICE segment

Preparation of sales reports and support for sales promotions and marketing campaigns

Preparation of annual and project budgets in the area of MICE & Catering in cooperation with the Sales Manager

Responsibility for compliance with defined budget targets and cost control
