YOUR MOST IMPORTANT TASKS

 

Operational and situation-appropriate leadership and coaching of the sales team

Derivation and definition of individual goals for your team based on overarching company goals

Support the Regional Sales Manager in preparing the annual business and budget plan based on the sales and business strategy

Preparation of offers and contracts for cooperation with major customers

Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with larger customers

Review and management of the contracts of the field sales consultants in the area

Creation and analysis of evaluations from the sales information system

Collection, analysis and reporting of customer and market data for early detection of trends

Monitor market and customer developments, forward relevant information and implement appropriate measures

Ensuring an efficient and effective flow of information between internal departments and external partners

Building, maintaining and strengthening important customer contacts

Planning, scheduling, coordination and control of the implementation of the team’s sales activities in accordance with the company objectives and applicable guidelines

Planning and implementation of projects in the region

Responsibility for various material budgets

Ensuring the correct payment of contractual services and monitoring payments

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

 

Completed vocational training or university studies

Additional qualification in sales or marketing (e.g. marketing/sales specialist)

At least 5 years of professional experience in field sales or as a key account manager

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Leadership skills and experience in employee development

Valid driver’s license required

Very good knowledge of German and English
