Your tasks Prioritization and coordination of quality-relevant customer reports Management of the continuous improvement of product quality based on market feedback Active participation in the solution of quality problems according to the 8D method, including monitoring and enforcement of defined measures Coordination of adjacent interfaces (production, national / international customer support, development, sales, suppliers) and enforcement of agreed measures Monthly reporting of quality indicators Data analysis from the service, support and goodwill processes and derivation of appropriate measures Support in internal audits including action tracking and documentation of recommended improvement measures Your profile Basic technical training with further training at HF / FH level Experience in the field of household and kitchen appliances is an advantage Experience in the field of CAPA / quality management in medium-sized manufacturing companies Experience in the most common problem-solving methods (8D, 5W, FMEA, Ishikawa, Deming circle) Sound user knowledge of office applications and ERP software (SAP, QM / MM modules) Very good written and spoken German and English skills Doer, Team player, organizational talent What we offer Innovation, research & development, and production at our headquarters 40-hour work week At least 5 weeks of vacation Flexible working hours Home office option Easy accessibility from the train station and motorway Free parking Staff restaurant Free coffee drinks from espresso to latte macchiato Interested?
