Role Overview
Our Client is seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage key daily administrative operations and basic accounting support duties within the department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach, contributing to the efficiency and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination: Handle daily office tasks such as data entry, document filing, and internal correspondence to ensure smooth workflow.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, in compliance with company policies.
Basic Accounts Support: Assist with the processing of purchase invoices, supplier reconciliations, client receipts, and preparation of bank deposits.
Accounts Monitoring: Support the tracking of overdue accounts as required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
Education: ‘O’ Level standard of eductation.
Experience: Previous experience is an asset but not essential.
Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Reliable, trustworthy, and a collaborative team player.
Technical Skills: Competence in handling basic financial records and transactions.
Organisation: High level of organisational and time-management skills.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude.
Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving issues with attention to detail.
