Role Overview

The Solutions Implementation Specialist – Hospitality will act as the bridge between hotel operations and technology. The role involves working directly with hospitality clients to configure and implement Oracle Hospitality solutions, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless integration into daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to transition into the technology field while leveraging their industry expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Collaboration: Partner with hotel management and teams to understand operational needs and requirements.

Process Analysis: Review existing workflows and procedures to identify areas for efficiency and optimisation.

Solution Implementation: Configure and implement Oracle Hospitality solutions customised to client requirements.

Training: Deliver hands-on training sessions to hotel staff, ensuring confidence in using the solutions effectively.

Ongoing Support: Provide post-implementation assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance, while maintaining expertise in Oracle Hospitality product updates.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

 

Education: A qualification in hospitality management, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within the hotel industry, ideally in an operational or managerial capacity. Prior exposure to hospitality technology platforms is advantageous.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Oracle Hospitality or similar platforms, alongside the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.

Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.

Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who can take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the capability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
