Core Responsibilities:
Conducting internal and external patrols of the property
Following site-specific procedures
Thoroughly reports on guest, client, or employee injuries, thefts, assaults, lost property, vandalism, and other complaints to the CSO
Handles any emergency that would require the partial or complete evacuation of the hotel such as fire, severe injuries, power failure, or bomb threats
Maintaining the highest standards of security
Enforce and monitor safety measures and security protocols
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of prior experience or policing experience
Ability to act quickly, calmly, and appropriately in emergency situations
Good command of both written and spoken English
Strong customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude
Hold a valid Security Private Guard license
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Active listening skills
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Must be able to provide, police conduct.
