HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
Prepare HR-related documentation (contracts, amendments, letters)
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Employee Relations & Support
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training sessions, and internal communications
Assist in organizing employee events and wellness activities
Reporting & Compliance
Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence)
Support audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Monitor and track mandatory trainings and certifications
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors)
Knowledge of Swiss labor law is a plus
