We are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our team and contribute operationally and strategically to the design of our internal Value Assurance process for large-scale, complex national and international projects. Value Assurance is a central process at Implenia and therefore plays a key role in achieving the Group’s objective of profitable growth and is therefore part of the company’s risk management. Improving the quality of bids and supporting project delivery increases revenue and reduces the risk profile.

Your preferred workplace is our head office at Ambassador House in Opfikon, Switzerland. However, other Implenia locations are also possible, including in French-speaking Switzerland. Partial remote working is also possible.

You have the power to:

In this role, you will lead the internal approval process for large, complex projects and support bid teams in preparing their bids.

You optimize processes for greater efficiency, quality, and impact—including reducing errors, increasing completion rates, and improving customer feedback.

You carry out independent risk assessments (Second Opinion) and actively contribute to the development of offers in collaboration with the offer teams.

You also support project teams throughout their life cycle – occasionally also on site – for the successful implementation of complex projects and you carry out regular interim reviews (Intermediate Reviews / Audits)

You will contribute your knowledge to internal development projects, promote exchange between the different business areas and develop the Value Assurance process as well as digital tools (e.g. data analytics, AI) and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of the offer and execution.

During project visits, you support international project teams by sharing your knowledge and providing an independent perspective, thereby establishing a link between the project and management.

This is why you succeed:

You have completed your studies as a civil engineer and you have at least 10 years of professional experience in the design and implementation of large, complex projects, ideally also internationally.

You have a thorough understanding of complex contractual and commercial relationships and/or project control. Experience in risk management is an asset.

You have a basic understanding of Operational Excellence and are interested in the topics of Lean Management and management systems development. Your expertise in applying modern risk management methods particularly sets you apart.

You also have experience in managing and developing digital applications, for example in the areas of data analytics, artificial intelligence or enhanced scheduling, as well as in optimizing digital processes.

Your excellent communication skills, strong teamwork skills and process-oriented approach are assets.

You are motivated by networking your knowledge with that of others in dialogue with colleagues from different fields.

Your excellent knowledge of French completes your profile.

For this you need to either speak German or English.

What we offer you:

A multicultural work environment with the opportunity to help shape a sustainable future

Cutting-edge technologies and a modern workplace within a sustainable company
