Important information: On-call service as well as early and late shifts (07:00 / 17:30) according to the operational plan
What you move
You are the central contact point for our users
inside in all aspects of our IT services
You record and receive fault reports
You resolve problems and answer customer inquiries (Migros Zurich employees) and initiate any workarounds (1st Level Support)
You forward fault reports and contact the responsible departments (2nd Level Support) and monitor the troubleshooting
You advise customers on questions and requests for changes
You create & update documentation & knowledge databases
You continue to educate yourself and ensure that your personal training level is up to date with current business processes and technologies
You will look after customers at our Service Desk reception
You will work on the “Future Service Desk” project: Participation in the conception and implementation of KPIs and key performance indicators; coordination of topics within the continuous improvement process
What you bring with you
Education : Student
in (University / FH / HF) with a specialization such as business informatics, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable technical studies
Professional experience: Experience in an IT Help Desk / Service Desk Team
Openness, communication skills, strong teamwork skills, high customer orientation and proactive action
Networked thinking and high resilience
Flexibility & willingness to work special assignments, possibly also on weekends and for on-call duty
Independent, conscientious and precise working style
Quick comprehension, good technical understanding and enjoyment of new technologies
Good MS Windows knowledge and MS 365 knowledge
Experience with IT service management applications (ITIL, ServiceNow advantageous)
German (very good knowledge)
French (advantageous)
