We are expanding our retail team and looking for a motivated Sales Manager who enjoys both working with people and handling sales operations on the computer.

About the Role

 

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in-store, while also managing day-to-day sales administration and coordinating communication with clients and suppliers.

 

You’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth store operations and contributing to sales growth through both direct interaction and back-office tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Welcome, assist, and consult customers in the store, ensuring an excellent shopping experience;

 

• Maintain a neat and attractive product display and ensure stock availability;

 

• Prepare and process customer orders, invoices, and sales documents;

 

• Communicate with suppliers, track deliveries, and manage product information;

 

• Prepare price offers and assist in sales reporting;

 

• Support management in implementing sales strategies and achieving store goals;

 

• Perform light administrative and coordination tasks using computer systems (MS Office, email, internal software).

 

Requirements

 

• Experience in retail, sales, or a similar position (customer-facing or administrative);

 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

 

• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;

 

• Good organizational and time management skills;

 

• Confident computer user (MS Office, data entry, email communication);

 

• Good English language skills (both spoken and written);

 

• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
