You will join an international and stimulating work environment. Within the HR department, you will be responsible for payroll management as well as the legal aspects of human resources.
As a Payroll Officer, you play a central role within the HR team, with the following responsibilities:
Payroll management:
Collect and verify the data required for payroll, processed via a social secretariat
Provide a backup role for your colleague to ensure business continuity
Answer employee questions regarding salaries, pay slips, absences, vacation pay, illness, etc.
Contract management:
Manage fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts and evaluation contracts
Draft amendments and various legal documents
Legal support:
Advise on social legislation and ensure compliance of practices within the organization
Ad hoc tasks:
General administrative support for the HR team
We are looking for a Payroll Officer (m/f/x) with the following profile:
Education & experience:
Initial experience in payroll management or human resources is essential (full experience from A to Z is not required)
Technical skills:
A good knowledge of social legislation is essential
LANGUAGES :
Fluency in French and fluency in Dutch
Personality :
You are motivated, dynamic, positive and have a strong desire to learn and develop in your position.
