Events Crew

Our client is looking to grow their events crew team. The chosen candidate will:

Execute the setup, delivery, dispatch, and dismantling of event infrastructures for various events.

Work closely with Event Coordinators before and during events to ensure smooth operational execution.

Liaise effectively with third parties including suppliers, contractors, and transport companies to coordinate logistics.

Operate company vehicles and event equipment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Utilize space efficiently and handle mechanical tools and equipment with care and skill.

Manage and coordinate automated or computerized systems when required for event logistics.

Ensure all activities uphold the company’s standards for quality and workplace safety.

Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support broader team needs.

Requirements

A team player, organized, self-motivated, an eye for detail and able to work with minimum supervision;

Able to work under pressure, adhere to deadlines, and work within flexible hours;

Capable of receiving and follow instructions and communicating with co-workers;

Driver License Category B and ideally C

Education and Experience

Infrastructure hands-on set-up experience within the events industry is a must

Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines

Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Must be located in Malta and hold local experience in the field
