We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Establishing and implementing mechanisms to measure and deliver benefits
Ensuring that maximum improvements are made in existing and new business operations as groups of projects deliver their products into operational use
The ability to understand business change needs, and can assess the business impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements
Utilising one or more structured techniques for solution design such as Design Thinking, UML or BPMN
Utilising one or more tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel
Can demonstrate an understanding of and practical experience with either an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall delivery
Experience in delivering change in a number of industry areas, including the Public Sector.
Ability to write clear, concise user stories and functional requirements.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Ability to independently analyse large datasets to identify trends, validate business requirements, and uncover data quality issues.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce), or GenAI
Familiarity with UX principles or wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
