The Construction Helper supports the construction team by performing a variety of manual tasks to assist in building, repairing, and maintaining structures. This role involves preparing the site, handling materials, assisting skilled workers, and ensuring safety and cleanliness at the worksite.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers on the construction site.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
Prepare and clean up construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and obstructions.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, asphalt, or mortar as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
Perform other general labor
duties as assigned.
