The selected candidate will provide essential administrative support across departments, assisting both management and the Sales/Aftersales teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

General Administration:

 

Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and various departments

Maintain and update internal files, records, and databases (both digital and physical)

Assist in preparing reports, internal communications, and general documentation

Perform data entry, document formatting, and internal coordination tasks

Sales & Aftersales Support:

 

Support Sales and Aftersales teams with administrative needs, including:

Preparing customer quotes, service records, and invoices

Scheduling appointments and follow-ups

Assisting with order tracking and maintaining customer records

Step into the showroom as needed to assist with basic customer enquiries

and sales support
