Key Requirements
🎓 Degree in Construction Management or relevant Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) – desirable
🏠 5–10+ years’ site-based Construction Management experience
✅ Proven track record delivering residential housing and apartment projects (essential)
🗣️ Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing site teams
📋 Fully up to date with BCAR compliance
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
