Your tasks:
You will support German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
You answer inquiries with empathy, patience and professionalism.
You document all cases in the CRM system and ensure that every request is resolved.
You work closely with your colleagues to ensure the highest quality of service.
qualification
Your profile:
Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B2).
Strong communicator, solution-oriented and customer-friendly.
Willingness to live and work in Greece.
Previous experience in customer service or the hotel industry is a plus.
EU passport or Greek residence permit required.
