Your role as a Manager will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. In this role, you will develop and coach high performing people and teams, leading, guiding and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.

 

 

 

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

 

Build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up to date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts and leading practices

Develop relationships, establish credibility and instil confidence in clients

Leverage cross geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery

Apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits

Design holistic and data-driven financial risk management solutions that strengthen client’s financial risk management capabilities, while enhancing shareholder value

Maintain professionalism and always strive for high ethical standards

Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

Manage and lead teams, including reviewing work of staff members

Develop and mentor more junior members of staff

 

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

 

 

 

A minimum of 7-8 years of solid work experience in Audit, Private or Public, Reporting under IFRS

Holders of a professional qualification (JES, AMP, SOEL, ACCA, ACA)

Strong technical and auditing skills, with exceptional knowledge of IFRS

University Degree in: Accounting / Auditing / Finance / Economics / Business Administration and a Postgraduate Qualification in a relevant area. Other academic background with quantitative skills and relevant experience will also be considered as a strong asset

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English (Proficiency)

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor

High level of discretion for confidential work and information

Strong organizational skills

Good interpersonal and supervisory skills and ability to motivate and lead and capacity to work effectively within a team
