Areas of Responsibility

 

Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties;

Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met;

Ensure team provides friendly, and accurate service;

Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up;

Monitor and adjust team priorities to consider changing demand and patient flow across the service;

Proactively assist junior staff members;

Conduct end-of-day reports when requested;

Support employees through conflict resolution, effective time management, workload prioritisation and individual staff development and review and conduct training programs on an ongoing basis;

Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and training requirements as necessary;

Communicate with senior management on a consistent basis;

Assisting restaurant manager with store inventory and ordering;

Serving food and beverages;

Preparing beverages;

Discuss, plan, and implement new policies with the Restaurant Manager;

Any task commensurate with the role.
