Good Earth is currently looking to recruit a Pastry Production Chef to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
Through the brand, Da Vinci Bakery, we produce various sweet and savoury food products, ranging from traditional Maltese food, British baking delicacies and a wide range of party foods. We are seeking to recruit a Pastry Production Chef to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of a wide variety of sweet and savoury food products following the Da Vinci Bakery’s standards. S/he will be expected to work in compliance with company and health and food safety procedures.
Experience and Skills Required:
Previous experience in a pastry kitchen
In possession of a food handling certification
In-depth knowledge and trends of pastry services
Fluency in spoken English and/or Maltese.
Skills:
In possession of exceptional skills in the pastry field
Ability to meet deadlines and set goals.
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, in Burmarrad.
