Job description
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions
- Help with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful activities
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and cleaning
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Report changes in physical or mental health to family members or medical professionals
