Your new role
Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for data and AI products.
Drive the development of customer data capabilities, segmentation frameworks, tagging strategies, and AI-powered solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications, user stories, and delivery plans.
Partner with stakeholders across business, analytics, technology, governance, legal, and compliance functions.
Coordinate end-to-end product delivery, including UAT, release planning, deployment, and user adoption.
Monitor product performance, user engagement, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure data and AI products meet governance, privacy, compliance, and quality standards.
Champion the adoption of AI use cases and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Drive continuous enhancement of customer intelligence and business innovation initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, AI Product Delivery, Customer Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), customer segmentation, tagging frameworks, metadata management, and data governance.
Experience translating business requirements into product roadmaps, MVPs, success metrics, and actionable delivery plans.
Knowledge of AI technologies, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or workflow automation solutions is highly advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commercially focused mindset.
Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or similar platforms is advantageous.
