Our client, operating in the Hotel industry is looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join their growing team. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be in charge of handling booking inquiries and processing incoming payments for room reservations across all our hotel locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the team to maximise department efficiency
Train current team members and onboard new team members
Manage and improve operational standards for reservations, front office, and customer service
Support leadership with ongoing projects
Maintain PMS, hotel systems, and guest/customer data
Perform daily arrival and departure checks
Assist international guests via email and phone to ensure excellent experiences
Verify reservations and incoming payments
Compile monthly overnight stay reports and manage commission processing
Support reservation team with daily tasks, arrivals, and credit card handling
Working Hours: Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 16:30 or 12:30 – 20:30
Requirements
Must have local experience in Hotel Management, Customer Care, Reservations or Front Office
Friendly, communicative, and welcoming personality
Proactive with a hands-on attitude
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with various reservation systems
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
