Hospitality Talents , a recruitment agency specializing in hotel and restaurant profiles, is looking for an  experienced and motivated Sales Manager  to join our client’s team in Brussels.

Our client, a 4-star hotel ideally located in Brussels, is currently undergoing a transformation as part of a strategic repositioning towards a prestigious international brand. This rebranding is accompanied by a complete renovation and a new approach focused on customer experience, contemporary design, and operational excellence.

In this context, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and manage the Corporate and Government segments , with a strong knowledge of the Brussels market.

Your responsibilities:

Define and execute an effective business strategy across the Corporate and Government segments
Prospect, maintain and develop a portfolio of existing and potential clients (companies, public institutions, international organizations, embassies, etc.)
Participate in the management of calls for tender, particularly for public markets
Develop personalized offers adapted to customer expectations and the standards of the future brand
Ensure a proactive presence in the field and in relevant professional networks
Collaborate with internal teams (accommodation, catering, events) to ensure optimal execution
Carry out regular reporting on commercial performance indicators
SKILLS

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial position in the hotel sector in Brussels
Solid knowledge of the local economic fabric and decision-making channels in the Corporate and Government segments
Proven experience in managing RFPs and key account clients
Professional French and English required – Dutch is an asset
Excellent communication, negotiation and business strategy skills
Autonomy, proactivity and results orientation
Experience in a transforming or opening environment is a plus
