BACK-OFFICE FOREIGN COMMERCIAL – GOLDSMITH SECTOR
The position will be responsible for the following back-office sales activities:
-Customer management
-Support to the sales office
-Order management (order entry, invoice sending, product shipping, order progress management)
-Warehouse management
-Pre-sales and post-sales assistance
– Tracking of orders and shipments
– Management and resolution of problems encountered by customers
Requirements
Diploma or Degree
Excellent knowledge of English and French
Excellent knowledge of the Office package
Previous experience in the role
