Our client are looking for reliable and responsible Truck Drivers to join their distribution team, handling deliveries for beverages and food products across Malta. This role involves operating company vehicles, managing deliveries efficiently, and working closely with a helper onboard. Candidates must hold a valid C or C1 licence (depending on the role) and preferably a Driver CPC.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Deliver beverages and/or food products to retail and commercial clients.
Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic regulations.
Work collaboratively with a delivery helper assigned to the truck.
Handle cash and delivery documentation as needed (additional cash handling allowance applicable).
Ensure correct delivery of goods as per route plans and customer orders.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
Adhere to health and safety standards, particularly in relation to food and beverage handling.
Requirements
Applicants should be capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Clean police conduct
Obtains Maltese C1 Driving Licence
Valid Driver CPC (or willingness to obtain it;
support provided)
