The Singapore team serves as a regional hub with close interaction across global markets.

 

Description

 

Review and coordinate treasury‑related documentation including banking agreements, mandates, guarantees, and KYC materials

Support bank account management activities such as openings, closures, and signatory updates across global entities

Maintain accurate records of authorized signatories and banking arrangements

Prepare periodic confirmations and ensure documentation compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Support the maintenance of bank structures, cash management setups, and treasury data within Treasury Management Systems (TMS)

Record and monitor treasury transactions such as FX, trade finance, and intercompany financing

Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy between TMS and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

Assist with troubleshooting and user support for treasury systems and e‑banking platforms

Support treasury integration activities for newly acquired entities and restructuring initiatives

Assist in process enhancement, automation, and digitalisation projects within treasury

Provide general operational support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day treasury operations

Profile

 

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline

No experience required; or minimally 1 year of experience in finance operations, banking operations, accounting or risk/compliance

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately

Comfortable working with structure, processes, and controls

Willingness and flexibility to support stakeholders across multiple time zones
