To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as Service Manager (a).

 

Your tasks include:

 

Responsible for the Service Level Agreements including the preparation, further development and maintenance of the contracts

Central interface between IT teams and customers

Creation of reporting

Coordination of projects if required

Requirements profile

Completed training and further education in computer science or business informatics

several years of professional experience as a service manager is mandatory

secure, addressee-appropriate communication even at C-level

high level of independence paired with an entrepreneurial mindset

German at native speaker level
