Your tasks
As a Technology & Process Consultant, you strengthen how organizations manage projects at enterprise level.
You analyze how projects are organized, identify structural weaknesses, and translate improvement opportunities into clear processes and system setups. Using proven methodologies and leading project management tools, you enable better control, clearer reporting and stronger decision-making.
Depending on the assignment, you will:
Structure and improve project management processes
Translate business requirements into practical workflows and system configurations
Lead or support the implementation of enterprise project management tools
Improve reporting structures and performance monitoring
Challenge clients to work in a more structured and data-driven way
Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders toward concrete decisions
You take ownership of your assignments. From proposal to delivery, you are the primary contact for your client and ensure that expectations, progress and results are aligned.

The ideal candidate
You embody the Groove of Proove: positive, collaborative and driven to achieve excellence together.
You hold a master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
You have 2–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation or complex project environments.
You have knowledge of project management processes (e.g. scheduling, cost control and risk management).
You have a strong affinity with enterprise software and understand how systems shape processes and behavior.
You take ownership, communicate with confidence and are comfortable engaging directly with client stakeholders.
You are interested in capital-intensive and technically complex industries.
You are fluent in English (Dutch, French or Portuguese is a plus).
