Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about making supply chains run smoothly? We are on the lookout for a proactive Procurement Associate to support our dynamic procurement team in ensuring timely deliveries and seamless supplier communication.

 

In this role, you will play a key part in our day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring we meet critical timelines and maintain strong supplier relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with systems and data, we want to hear from you!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Track & Report Deliveries: Monitor and report on daily on-time delivery performance to support continuous supply chain efficiency.

 

Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers regarding upcoming and delayed orders—your communication skills will shine here!

 

ERP System Updates: Accurately maintain confirmed or revised receipt dates in our ERP system.

 

Open Order Reporting: Generate and distribute open order reports—your Excel and number skills will come in handy.

 

Receiving Issue Resolution: Assist Buyers in resolving Receiving Holds at inwards, using your problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

 

 

What You Bring:

 

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

 

Clear and professional communication style, both written and verbal

 

Working knowledge of Excel and confidence handling numbers and reports

 

Experience using ERP systems

 

A proactive, early-start mindset—ready to hit the ground running each morning

 

Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities

 

Background in administration, customer service, or a similar support role

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

Previous experience in a customer service, admin, or supply chain support role

 

Demonstrated ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with precision and efficiency

 

Understanding of supply chain or procurement processes is advantageous but not essentials
