Job Description
We at Scar Agency are looking for responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Housekeeping Supervisor. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain quality standards
Train and support housekeeping team members to improve performance and adherence to procedures
Manage work schedules and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff
Report maintenance and repair issues promptly to the relevant department
Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Must be in possession of the Skills Pass Certificate
