What you will do:
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
Preparation of files, documents, analysis requested by the chief accountant or other colleagues
Prepare and upload manual journal entries
Provide support in preparing reports to statistics and national Bank, assistance with the financial statements files
During periods of annual leave or temporary incapacity for work, transfer responsibility for carrying out this activity to another person in the structure of the financial department
Provide support regarding closing tasks, intercompany reconciliation, check mismatch invoices, send e-mails to contact person to identify the missing invoices, accruals, etc., follow-up during the month
Other ad-hoc activities
What we need from you:
Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant field
Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
You have good knowledge of English (both written and spoken), working language proficiency in Hungarian is a must have
Confident working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Open-minded, flexible, with a problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
Good communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with accounting systems like SAP ERP is advantageous
Previous work experience in accounting is considered as a plus
What we offer:
Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 25hours/week, with a possibility of home office
Gross salary: 2200 HUF/hour
