Support in the management and coordination of the team, consisting of housekeeping managers, floor supervisors and room maids, in the Bern, Basel and Lucerne region.
Organization and monitoring of cleaning processes in our hotel properties.
Assist in ensuring compliance with budget and contractual requirements.
Active participation in shaping and improving internal processes and quality standards.
Responsibility for daily on-site operations management in the housekeeping area.
Ensuring smooth daily operations.
Accompaniment and support in the training of new employees.
Conducting training and briefings to develop the team.
Support in recruiting new employees.
Deputizing for the housekeeping manager during absences.
Quality control of guest rooms.
This is what you bring with you
Completed training in the field of hospitality, cleaning, facility management or comparable qualification is an advantage.
Professional experience in the cleaning industry.
Initial experience in managing employees is desirable.
Confident, well-groomed appearance and high customer orientation.
Motivated, committed personality who is used to working independently.
Willingness to work occasionally on weekends or during off-peak times.
Organizational skills, service awareness and strong communication skills.
Solution-oriented thinking and action.
Very good written and spoken German skills, English and other languages are an advantage.
Driving license category B.
Good user knowledge of MS Office.
