Your contribution to our company
- You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and motivating a team of around 15 employees in the area of electrical installation and maintenance.
- You will handle the planning, organization, and monitoring of electrical maintenance, repair activities, and new installations at the properties you manage.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., VDE standards, occupational safety).
- Close cooperation with other specialist departments, external service providers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
