Answering customer requests for audit dates

Planning audits together with project teams, based on the customers’ agendas

Organising the required infrastructure (meeting rooms etc.)

Accompanying the customer throughout the audit (plant tours, documentation review etc.)

Presenting quality systems to the customer

Coordinating with project teams to ensure SMEs and documents are available on time

Documenting audits in TrackWise

Coordinating responses to audit observations and ensuring timely delivery to the customer

Competences

Knowledge

 

Understanding of applicable cGMP regulations

General knowledge of manufacturing processes and analytical methods

Strong IT skills

Auditing experience

Strong customer service mindset with ability to build relationships internally and externally
