We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Recruiter to join our team in Zurich. In this role, you will support the entire Circle8 Group, working closely with colleagues across different locations while being based in our Zurich office.

 

You will play a vital role in managing the delivery relationship between Swisslinx and the Circle8 companies, acting as a key interface to ensure a high-quality, consistent recruitment process across regions. This role requires someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a collaborative mindset, and ideally experience in MSP environments.

 

We are seeking a native Dutch speaker who ideally brings experience in the Dutch market, as you will help drive recruitment delivery in that region. Being a true team player will be essential, as this role is deeply embedded in an international and cross-functional setup.

Requirements

Manage recruitment delivery between Swisslinx and Circle8 MSP entities

Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, ATS systems, and other innovative tools

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive experience

Stay up to date with market trends in IT, Finance, Life Sciences, or other key industries

Build and maintain strong networks with candidates and industry professionals

Competences

Native Dutch speaker; experience in the Dutch market is a strong advantage

Fluency in English; German is considered an asset

Previous experience in recruitment is preferred; ideally with exposure to MSP environments or managing supplier–client relationships

Familiarity with IT, Finance, or Life Sciences sectors is a plus

Strong proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
