Shift management in the absence of the restaurant manager and his deputy

Preparation of daily cash statements
YOUR PROFILE
Completed apprenticeship as a hotel or restaurant specialist
Several years of professional experience in the 4-star hotel industry is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
