We are currently being approached by our client, a high-end hotel establishment located in French-speaking Switzerland, to recruit a charismatic and committed personality who will act as

 

Head of Sales & Events (M/F)

 

MISSION DESCRIPTION:

 

Working closely with the Executive Management team, you will drive the sales strategy across the corporate, MICE, and agency segments. You will define and implement the sales action plan, manage the pipeline in the CRM, and produce reliable forecasts. You will prospect, negotiate, and close deals with key accounts, design tailor-made offers, and oversee their execution from briefing to post-event review. You will coordinate closely with the accommodation, F&B, finance, and marketing departments, and contribute to yield management in conjunction with revenue management. EXPECTED PROFILE:

 

With a solid background in the hospitality and restaurant industry, you have successful experience in a similar role, including team management. With your interpersonal skills related to the luxury hotel industry, your interpersonal skills, your negotiation skills, and your keen commercial appetite allow you to establish excellent relationships with your current and potential customers. You are comfortable writing and express yourself perfectly in French and English. Fluency in any other foreign language would be a valuable asset.
