We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our growing Electrical & Plumbing Division on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate must speak good English, have a strong background in electrical and plumbing systems, and be capable of supervising on-site works and managing our teams.
Responsibilities:
🔸Oversee day to day site activities and assign tasks to teams
🔸Ensure timely and proper execution of project phases
🔸Collect and deliver tools and materials as required
🔸Organise & coordinate with the Project Manager and resolve site issues
🔸Ensure proper planning, execution, and progress of works
🔸Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organisation
🔸Ensure team members are compliant with PPE and site conduct
🔸Provide guidance and hands-on support when needed
Requirements:
✅ Must possess a valid driving licence
✅ Strong leadership skills
✅ Proficient in MS Office Excel & Word
✅ A valid Electrical Licence A
✅ Minimum
3 years experience in the Malta
