Client Details
The client is a global asset management firm with a strong institutional presence, managing diversified portfolios across equities, fixed income, and multi‑asset strategies for investors worldwide. They operate within a highly regulated environment and work closely with institutional clients such as pension funds, insurers, and consultants, with a strong focus on governance, data integrity, and long‑term investment outcomes.
Description
Prepare and review institutional client reports, including portfolio holdings, performance and attribution, risk analytics, and ESG disclosures (where applicable)
Ensure all reporting deliverables comply with client mandates, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards
Support ad‑hoc client reporting requests, consultant questionnaires, and due diligence materials
Partner closely with performance, risk, middle office, and fund accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies related to NAV, performance, benchmarks, and holdings
Validate data received from custodians, fund administrators, and internal systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including reporting automation and documentation enhancements
Maintain strong operational controls to support audit, compliance, and governance requirements
Identify and escalate operational risks, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
Work cross‑functionally with portfolio managers, client relationship managers, compliance, and operations teams to support institutional clients
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
2-6 years of relevant experience in institutional/client reporting, investment operations, or performance reporting within asset management, fund administration, or custodian environments
Exposure to institutional asset management is preferred
Good understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and multi‑asset portfolios
Familiarity with performance measurement and reporting concepts
Experience with investment data and reporting systems (e.g. FactSet, Bloomberg, Aladdin, Eagle, SimCorp, or similar)
Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting automation tools is an advantage
