For a modern hospitality and catering environment, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Human Resources Business Partner (gn). In this position, you will actively shape human resources – from recruiting and talent development to process optimization and expert advice to managers and employees on all HR and employment law matters. You will contribute to creating a motivating work environment and sustainably supporting employee development.

Your area of responsibility

 

Operational and strategic human resources management

Advising managers and employees on HR and employment law issues

Management and implementation of personnel processes

Efficient personnel administration

Recruitment and development of talent

Support for change processes and HR projects

Creation of HR key figures and reports

Collaboration on projects in digitalization and employer branding

Collaboration with internal interfaces and external partners

Your qualifications

 

Completed commercial training or studies in HR / business

Experience in HR management, ideally in the hospitality or service sector

Knowledge of labor and social security law

Experience in personnel administration and recruiting

Organizational skills, initiative and service orientation

Team spirit and strong communication skills

Confident use of HR systems and MS Office
