Acceptance of requests in 1st / 2nd level support

Supporting the system engineer in the implementation of system projects

Troubleshooting with internal 3rd-level support

Advising customers and supporting their systems

Creation of documentation and manuals, if necessary

Requirements profile

 

Your skills:

 

Completed IT training or many years of professional experience in service / help desk

Initial professional experience in a similar role is an advantage – however, the position is also suitable for apprenticeship graduates

Dedicated, flexible and solution-oriented way of working

Open and target group-oriented communication

Fluent German and English skills
